The ear clip wont mess your hair, but the head band is more secure. Its monophonic design feeds clear strong sound to one ear. The over-the-head option keeps the earpiece and microphone properly positioned as you move around. The noise canceling microphone can be used with or without the included wind screen, and is on a long and flexible boom that will position the microphone close to your mouth for strong voice pickup, while eliminating most background sounds. Sennheiser's ActiveGard technology safeguards the user from a sudden burst of loud sound.
